How to Use
- Sterilize your roller in 75% alcohol
- Wash your face with a gentle cleanser
- Apply a hydrating serum or oil
- Roll the device over your skin - face, chin and forehead. Move in an upward or diagonal movement, never roll downwards
- Roll for a maximum of 2 minutes
- After treatment, follow up with your usual skincare routine
- Skip skincare actives such as retinol and vitamin C on days you are derma-rolling as this can lead to irritation
- Dermaroll 3 times per week (1 for ultra-sensitive skin)
- Complete step 1 again

Microneedling penetrates deeper into the skin (c2.5mm), offering a more intense treatment and better results. It requires longer downtime and is more expensive
Yes, it is suitable for all skin types, but those with sensitive skin or a damaged skin barrier should exercise caution and limit to x1 treatment session per week. Do not dermaroll on broken skin or cystic acne and avoid applying make up or tanning lotion directly after treatment
For normal, oily and combination skin types x3 sessions per week is recommended, for sensitive skin x1 per week is recommended to avoid irritation
No, dermarolling is a non-invasive treatment. No bleeding should occur due to the length of the micro-needles. You should not experience any bruising or irritation. However you may experience some redness and mild irritation after treatment - ensure you are applying the roller gently for no more than 2 minutes
You can use a sheet mask as aftercare or any skincare product that can help with hydration to accelerate healing
