The face and neck mask have plenty of lights and modes that can easly be selected from the remote. They design and comfort of the mask are very good, the masks are flexible enough that they can also be placed on other areas of the body for other types of terapies (e.g. injury recovery).
Unfortunately the remote has a digital display which ha very limited functions. There is no battery level indicator, that alone is a huge miss since the device operates on battery. You don't know how much battery is left or how much to charge. You can only select 3 mins or 6, there is no other option or minutes in betwee. When the mask is turned on it immediately blasts your face with bright light, so it is difficult to read and select the mode you want. That is bad user experience.
Overall the product is powerful and flexible, but it has some weird quirks.

I bought this mask for my skin but I've found another way to get my moneys worth 😆, my husband has been mentioning his hairline is starting to receeding, and after doing some research i saw that people were buying the expensive red light helmets, i am sure they work well, but ive already spent so much on this neck and face mask, so we have started using the face mask on his head. It looks weird and we did have a giggle about it but it does the job, we started to notice a tiny bit of growth or maybe im just telling him that so that we don't have to buy a red light helmet 😆
